ラクダ
A soft, transparent, soft color with a slight yellow tinge. It has a nice balance between the gentle scent of rice and the dryness of the alcohol. The sweetness is mild, with a pronounced umami and acidity. Bitterness is also evident, starting with umami and bitterness, then fading to a lingering bitterness, and ending with a full-bodied, rice-like flavor that enhances the sense of satisfaction.
100% Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture is used.
