Not too sweet, but not too sweet.
Good aroma, good taste, and delicious. I'm glad I bought it for New Year's.

Among Saga's sake, I like Shichida because it is especially crisp
It has a bitter aftertaste and is deliciously dry.

Ideal as a food wine, it is easy to drink.
If you analyze the taste in your mouth, you will find that it is spicy, hot, and when you swallow it, the aftertaste is sharp with a hint of bitterness.
It tastes a little like yogurt with a hint of pungent acidity.
Many special pure rice sake have a taste of brown rice, but this one doesn't. It's a wonder!
It's great for the cost, and there are a lot of places that sell it, so that's great!
