We met Jikin at a certain Japanese restaurant. In the past, we had Jungin Aizan Hi-iri and Jungin Yamadanishiki Hi-iri, and this was the third time we had Jikin, a light nigori sake. It was the best match for a full course of Japanese cuisine, and I remember it accompanied me softly. I will never forget it. If I have the chance to drink it again, I would definitely like to do so.
