The nose has a wine-like aroma.
It has a sweet taste and a strong acidity!
On the back palate, you can feel the sake and the wooden vat.
It's quite a complex taste 🤔.
On the second day, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the acidity settles down a bit, creating a well-balanced taste!
Very delicious sweet and sour ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡!
The aftertaste is not too heavy but just right!
On the third day, the taste is somewhere between wine and sake.
It is sweet but well-balanced and drinkable, still delicious ♡♡♡♡♡!
On the 4th day, it tastes almost the same as the 3rd day, but the sweetness has increased.
It still has acidity, so even though it's sweet, it's not too bad and it's delicious ♡♡♡♡♡.
I had an image that kijoshu is sweet, but this sake is sweet but not heavy because of the sourness!
I'd like to drink it as a dessert 💕
