兎御殿On this day, a colleague from work said he would bring a Hyakko that was given to him, and the members of the workplace gathered at our house for a 9-person sake drinking party 🐰🌻.
This is the Hyakko Bespoke ✨
The rice used is Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture with a milling ratio of 18% and an Alc of 15.
I think this is the most highly polished sake I've ever had. They say it takes over 200 hours to polish the rice to 18% milled rice 😃✨✨.
The head aroma is fruity and subdued.
On the palate, the ginjo aroma is peachy and clear ✨.
