I used to post a rice wine for every Kiri number, but this time I got Hachitanishiki Ooragarami by Kahanayo, so here is my 300th check-in 😊.
The aroma is strong, light and clear pineapple🍍The Hachitan-Nishiki has a stronger and clearer pineapple🍍 than the Miyamanishiki we drank last time.
From the top clear nose, the hint of pineapple aroma, the gas that comes to the tip of the tongue, the light umami flavor, and the acidity gradually builds up and disappears.
When the lees are mixed, the pineapple flavor becomes stronger, but there is a bitter aftertaste.
The last time I drank Miyamanishiki, I felt the taste was a little heavy, but this time it was light and tasted like the tropical image I had imagined for Huayouyaki😍.
The first time I drank it was a Jungin of Hachitan-Nishiki, so that might have had some influence 🤔.
