Daiginjo🍶. Kochi-Ehime train trip 🚃Day 2 Hozumitei's second cup is here 😆 Slightly yellow, a bit aged. Slightly yellow, a little aged, not twisted. It has a strong umami taste. It is like a Western sake. Combined with bonito, the twisting feeling disappears and it becomes smooth. I learned on this trip that bonito tataki is better with salt than with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) 🎉. Hozumitei @ Uwajima 20240517

Good morning, hoshiakh 😃. I would like to experience the salt 🧂 of bonito tataki 😋 in the area 🤗This combination with sake 🍶 must be delicious 😚.

Hi hoshiaki. 😊 Salted bonito tataki, high in minerals. I recommend coarse salt. I think the taste will be too sharp if you use normal salt. If you use regular salt, the taste will be too sharp. I love it 😓. I can't stop drinking sake😍.

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby 😊This year's bonito catch seems to be bountiful and I enjoyed salt tataki at home this summer, but it's hard to compete with the local delicacies 😅.

Thank you for your comment, Pon😊I was very satisfied with Hozumi-Tei. This time I was in a private room and couldn't talk much with the restaurant staff😅I would like to hear more about it if I visit again. I stayed in Nakamura, Uwajima and Matsuyama 😆.

Otona no Shukugyoka #8 #7 Moved to Uwajima. It has become a travel and gourmet travelogue rather than a sake travelogue😅. Uwajima tai-meshi (sea bream rice)! The sauce with beaten eggs is delicious 😋. Visit to Uwajima Castle, the only surviving castle tower. Drive the pilgrimage to #41 Ryuko-ji Temple.

Hi Pon 😃 I'm trying to keep up with the schedule 🗓️ every day. I'm driving 🚗, the most difficult thing is the narrow road to the mountain temple, there are many narrow roads where only one car is allowed to drive, Praying that no oncoming cars will come! I'll do my best in the second half of the season 😁.

Chichi-san, I saw this store in Matsuyama, but I had to go to Uwajima to see it 😊 My friends who drink a lot are very jealous of this store because it seems to be the starting point of the diesel train to Shimanto River 😅.

Erin, good evening 🌆 It's more of a gourmet travelogue than a pilgrimage, but I'm going around praying 🙏😊 Yes, I wonder where to go next, so many places to go 🤭 I want to go far from Harry: ‼️
