Sourness and a firm dry mouthfeel in the second half.
It left a tangy aftertaste. The concept is easy to understand.
However, I think the narrowing of the R-40 target and the naming are not very appropriate for the times, or simply not very good.
I have the impression that this is a sake that can be enjoyed with a solid snack such as sesame mackerel.
