Sour and fruity.
It is sweet and umami type. まつちよ@sakebar Fukuzo
I once drank a sake made by Okura using Jinryoku as the sake rice. When I researched about Jinryoku, I found out that there is a brewery that revived it in Fukuoka, and I was curious about this sake.
This sake is made by the Tamamizu Sake Brewery in Takada-cho, Miyama City.
It has a modest top-fragrance, with a faint sweet aroma.
It has a unique flavor like an aged sake.
It has a firm umami and sweetness, which gradually fades away.
This peculiar peculiarity is the same as that of Okura's Jinryoku 😅.
I thought it was peculiar because it's Okura, but it's not.
Sorry Okura-san 🙇. ナナイLooking back on the year 2023. We had it at the "Sake Kaihonten".
Shinryoku" mellow top-sen [Tamamizu Shuzo, Fukuoka].
It is refreshingly dry. It has a sweetness peculiar to rice and brewer's alcohol that explodes in the back of the throat and escapes into the nose. This is also quite interesting. たかゆきI don't know if you've ever seen the word "Tamamizu.
I was so ignorant of the brand name 🍶 that I may or may not have seen it before.

It was recommended to me, so I tried it
I tried it and it was also delicious! It's also very good!
It looks very muddy, so I tend to think of it as sweet and thick.
I tend to think of it as sweet and thick, but it's not.
Despite its appearance
It comes with a bang and then a sassa-sassa!
and then it goes through with a dry taste!
It is a sake that is different from the fruity and juicy sake of today.

Sweet but with a clean aftertaste. No aftertaste.
Good for souvenirs from Fukuoka. こゆきToday we're going to have a hot pot with mushrooms and hot and sour sauce. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
