Sake typical of the Furusawa Sake Brewery.
The aroma is not that strong.
A moment of alcohol and a moment of fruit.
The acidity brings the whole thing together,
and then it is cut off.
It retains the classic sake taste,
It is a very easy-drinking sake with a cohesive taste.
It is not plain, but rather calm and easy to drink.
Since it is 17%, it is dangerous not to drink it quickly.
Personally, I am highly satisfied with this sake.
This is a sake brewery that I would like to keep in touch with.
