This is a mansaku flower.
It has a strong taste. Delicious. OgiyumiA good concentration of umami and acidity spreads and disappears in the raw freshness. A pleasant sake.
Serve with shime saba (mackerel). halkitikunDark!
Good sharpness, but the balance of umami, sweetness and acidity is exquisite.
If you want to enjoy sake, I would say Jumonji. If you want to enjoy it with other foods, it's probably mansakinoha. andyWhen I went to the store to buy some Kamenoumi, I saw a bottle in the refrigerator case with a label that said "Danger⁉︎" hanging from the neck. I was quite fascinated by the words that you would see in a home improvement store: "Don't mix". Unfortunately, it was very quiet when I opened the bottle. I had a couple of bottles of Nigori earlier this spring, but I think I liked them better. I'll give it a try if I can find one for evening drinking. Mikiko HirataRefreshingly fruity? But there's a nutty, savory note! The back seems to be the darker one that the creator drinks.
I think I've never had nodoguro before! ANANSuper refreshing, sweet aftertaste. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
