The Kadoya Sake Shop in Ibaraki City, Osaka, which is a favorite of mine, has joined forces with a local sake shop in Shiga Prefecture, Hata Sake Brewery, to offer 19-year-olds the chance to experience everything from rice planting to rice harvesting to sake making before they turn 20 and toast their 20th birthday with sake they brewed themselves. This is the sake for this project.
Last year, as you know, the project was cancelled due to the Corona disaster, so there were no young people participating, but...
It's a long story, so please check out the back label and the detailed description from the Dodoya Sake Shop (3rd page) 🙇️.
The reason why the label is in back letters is also on the page🤗
The original version is supposed to be 13 degrees, but this hanpukai version is 14 degrees, which is a little bit different from the original 😅.
But it's still a low alcohol, light drinking sake💕.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.
