It's goodbye to the aftertaste. It's good that you don't make waves. When I drink it, it reminds me of a cute and refreshing cocktail. (probably because I'm drunk).
It's a home brew.
This time it's sake from Okayama Prefecture! Actually, it was a gift from a friend of mine (lol), because although I'm from Hiroshima, I'm not a big fan of the Setouchi area's sake because it's too strong, so I almost never buy it myself.
So I opened the bottle without much expectation (lol) and was surprised to smell like a young Muscat. It has a nice sweetness, a crisp sourness, and a slight bitterness that comes afterwards. The balance is very good... The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees, but you don't feel it. This is delicious!
Unfortunately, after the second day, the bitterness and the alcoholic feeling became more prominent.
