When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma of koji.

Dry, with a strong umami as if it were Yamadanishiki.

Shizuoka Sake One-Cup Week!
Fujimasa was uploaded on the 1st day of the event.
This is the brewery closest to Mt.
The brewery is located in the Asagiri Food Park.
Fuji, so we went to the brewery.

When you enter the store, you will see an eye-catching sake.
Only 200 bottles are available at the Asagiri store.
Rice used: Honorifuji from Shizuoka Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15
From the refreshing taste on the palate
Lychee (am I right?) It tastes like a lychee (am I right?).
Not too acidic and disappears quickly ✨.
When I drank one cup
My wife said it tasted like something her uncle would drink
It seemed to be the taste that she liked.
She said it was delicious 👍
This time it is a New Year's only bottle.
