Suzune, a sparkling sake, colored pink with dye It has the smell of rice like nigori-shu, but the acidity like a berry is stronger. It tastes less like rice and more like a fruit beer or sour ale than a sake... It's only 4.5% alcohol by volume, and it's pretty tasty, but at this price I'd personally recommend Flanders Red Ale.

My wife's favorite sparkling sake. Mio" is famous as a sparkling sake, but "Suzune" is a little more expensive. However, it's certainly elegant (it's not too sweet. But I can feel the sweetness enough. My wife likes sparkling wine, so I guess this kind of wine is good for her. I like this wine as an aperitif, but it's difficult to taste it with food, so I drink it quickly first.
