It's a pink, lightly muddled sparkling wine called Hanameku Suzune!
If I find one like this, I'll have to have it with chirashi-sushi for Hinamatsuri!
I can't take a day off, so today is the day before.
And since it's Momo no Sekku, I'm going to pile up fried chicken "Momo" next to it.
The taste is not so different from the usual Suzune.
The apple-like taste and the light swooshing sensation are great... ♡♡♡.
It has a low alcohol content of 4.5%, so of course it's great for girls who don't drink much!
It's my recommendation for a pretty and tasty girl's festival!

Suzune, a sparkling sake, colored pink with dye
It has the smell of rice like nigori-shu, but the acidity like a berry is stronger.
It tastes less like rice and more like a fruit beer or sour ale than a sake... It's only 4.5% alcohol by volume, and it's pretty tasty, but at this price I'd personally recommend Flanders Red Ale.

My wife's favorite sparkling sake. Mio" is famous as a sparkling sake, but "Suzune" is a little more expensive. However, it's certainly elegant (it's not too sweet. But I can feel the sweetness enough. My wife likes sparkling wine, so I guess this kind of wine is good for her. I like this wine as an aperitif, but it's difficult to taste it with food, so I drink it quickly first.
