When I heard that some people were buying only sweet sake, I got interested, so I bought some! I thought I was starting to like dry sake. Good timing as I thought I was starting to like dry sake! It's a sake that is refreshing, but also has a sweetness to it. This is the first time since I started drinking sake that I've had a new sake season, so I'm going to try a lot of different kinds!

The aroma of the rice and the clean sourness and the sourness goes down your throat smoothly 😋 it's like champagne ✨. The fermentation in the bottle was so strong that it took me about 10 minutes to open and close the bottle before I could drink it.
