Because I got the information that the third special opening to the public of Kumamoto Castle begins I went to Kumamoto Castle in July holiday. Kumamoto is known as the lap of Mr. Honda no Tono 😂. Tono! I'm going to enter the castle! I found a signboard for "Local Sake" at the Sakura no Koji (souvenir shop) attached to the castle🙆I immediately went for it of course! When I entered the shop, I was surprised. The pressure of shochu is strong😆. I know, Kuma Shochu is famous. We fought against the pressure of shochu 😅, but we chose this one because of the size of 300ml and the stylishness of the label Opening the bottle! It smells like rice. When you taste it, it looks like shochu. It looks like shochu 😆 . One more sip, hmm? It looks like rice shochu. Shochu? Did I buy it by mistake💦? The label says, well, yes, it's sake, right😆. As soon as you take a sip, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, but from the middle, you can taste the alcohol! After drinking it for a while, I remembered When I was a student, I used to work at an izakaya. I guess it's a classic flavored sake😆. It was very strong and solid. It was delicious with Camembert cheese. a surprising discovery! I'm going back to Kumamoto again!

I would recommend Josaien Sakura no Koji for the freshly fried horse meat menchi! There's also a shuttle bus to Suntory Beer Garden that departs from Josaaien, and I'd recommend a tour of the brewery with three beer tastings. From Bakadono 🙃.
