Hizen Hamayado's drinking comparison set, the last one is Daiginjo. It has been a long time since the last time we compared Junmai-shu and Junmai-Ginjo. The aroma is mildly fruity and ginjo. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the beautiful flavor of rice and sweetness. Then the spiciness goes away. Compared to Junmai Ginjo, Daiginjo is more fragrant and It has a beautiful image. (This expression is the limit for a stupid tongue) Kashima's sake is delicious after all😊.

We also opened a bottle of Junmai Ginjo to compare. Compared to Junmai sake, the aroma is more fruity and It has a sweet taste 😭. I'm a little drunk so I can't say for sure... lol It's still refreshing at the end, but the flavor lingers. There is even a Daiginjo in the drinking set. I think I'll just chill for now😅.

Good morning, MAJ! This sake brewery is located in the sake brewery street and you can visit the brewery anytime as a tourist sake brewery! It's now off-limits due to the Corona disaster 😅 but the 3 bottles in the drinking set were the right amount and I enjoyed them 😊.

Resuming at this hour😊. I bought this at Hizenya on Sake Brewery Street the other day. Hizen Hamayado's drinking set. The first one is Junmai-shu. The alcohol and the taste of the rice It's very refreshing. The cream cheese Takana goes well with it. I'm going to work tomorrow night and I'm still drinking 😭.

新型コロナの影響で安く売ってあったので、買いました。製造年月日が２月だったので、3月の酒蔵祭用だったのかなーと思います。 私が好きな鼻を抜ける香りはありません。純米酒だから、当たり前かもしれませんが。 食中に合う酒かもしれません。

ちょっと濃いめ、。あまり好きな味ではなかった…。 開けて一週間後、まろやかに！飲みやすく変身しておりました。あまり好みではなかったお酒は燗にしたり時間を置いたりすると好きな味に変化してくれるかもしれませんね！ ラベルすごくカッコいいです❤️
