It is said to have an apple-like flavor. The very juicy fruitiness was refreshingly sweet and very drinkable to my liking. I would like to drink it again, just like summer.
A recent addiction, sake. It is also a limited edition sake sold only at retailers, so it is said to disappear quickly! The label is stylish!
Great taste before a meal, great smell, citrusy taste with a hint of bitterness at the end of the throat, but this bitterness is pleasant!
The label is stylish and the taste is just the way I like it!
Recently, my wife has also fallen in love with this sake, and we enjoy drinking it in our favorite sake cups while talking about the taste and various things that happened that day.
We enjoy it with our favorite sake cups while talking about the taste and other things that happened that day.
I had decided not to drink on weekdays, but I couldn't resist and opened it.
The red Denshogiku I drank before was delicious, so I tried the yellow one this time!
From the aroma, it smells fruity and sweet like pineapple and pear.
It smells quite sweet, but when you drink it, it is not that sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, the fruity taste spreads and a sharp sweetness spreads.
After that, sourness and bitterness remain in the mouth.
The strong aroma gave the impression of sweetness, but when I actually drank it, it was not as sweet as I thought it would be.
The sourness and bitterness are well balanced.
The bitterness and acidity become more balanced when it reaches room temperature.
As I have a sweet tooth, I might prefer the red electric chrysanthemum.
I recommend it to those who like fruity aroma.
Haniku Hashiryu Junmai Ginjo
Refined rice ginjo: 50%
Alcoholic strength: 15
Year of release: December 2022
Tasting date: February 14, 2023
This is a typical Kaoru wine, with aromas of ripe fruit and bubbles, a good sense of juice, a sweet mouthfeel, and a slightly spicy aftertaste (low acidity, a little bitterness).
After the temperature rises to room temperature, the aftertaste is pleasant and lingers long with a bitterness similar to lotus seeds, which is very characteristic.
On the second day of opening, the aromas of raw rice are in the foreground, then mixed with fruit. The palate is still sweet with plenty of bubbles on the bottom of the tongue. After the temperature rises, the aftertaste has a light alcoholic sensation similar to that of white wine, a very light kind.
On the sixth day of opening the bottle, the fruitiness in the aroma faded, the entrance was still sweet, and the sweetness was followed by the taste of rice, and the aftertaste still had a spicy taste, but the alcohol was still not so obvious, and the overall degree was still there (but it was still the best to drink in the first three days of opening the bottle).
