勝山style comes with more fruity notes, which is more standard JDG feel. Also it gives you a little bit cream and milk feel, then some minerals, guess it is more on the minty and bamboo feel.
While 墨迺江 style is richer with more complexity. Though it still comes with slight fruity aroma, it is the yogurt and fresh cheese that takes more prominence in taste. Also slight umami spot
