Yesterday, I went to Ebisu with an acquaintance of mine in the same business (an old man, naturally) for sake.
Sharaku Junmai.
As expected of Sharaku. It is very sharp.
The modest fruity aroma and the umami of the rice spread in the mouth and then quickly disappear.
It is a royal road to food sake.
I drank too much 😢.
Beer -> Sharaku -> Sengoku -> Ecru (4 gou) -> highball for some reason.
