KojiI was impressed with "Ona" from Tochigi, which I met last year, and its sake production evokes the water and atmosphere of Nasu. This time, I had a bottle of the raw sake. It was as wonderful as I had expected. The sweetness bloomed quickly and gorgeously. ジェイ&ノビィHappy New Year, Koji 🌅.
