Timeline
boukenThis sake is limited to Tangen Shouten in Suma.
The combination of Jun Dai's clean, refreshing taste and maturity makes for an exquisite balance. I would like to try it with a fresher quality, but I think this one might be good as well.
I thought it would be good, but the smell was still bothering me, even though I bought it with the understanding that it was 3BY...
I'll try to stay away from matured Okuharima in the future...
Like the last active nigori, it should be my favorite type if it's fresh 🤔. まつちよGood evening bouken😅
I wonder if this store has aged Okuharima Yamahai if I go to the store?
I see on the mail order section of the website that they don't sell the matured version 🤔.
I want that one 😂. boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌃
I don't know if they have aged Yamahai, but they had a larger selection of Okuharima than other stores 🤔.
I honestly can't rely on the inventory on their website😅.
Iwai Hisashi Shoten in Akashi also has a lot of special orders and is very strong 😊. まつちよThanks for the information about the store!
I will definitely stop by when I go to Okuharima to see the warehouses 😊. boukenIt's not my favorite kind of sake, but something suddenly made me want to drink Okuharima 😁.
I bought this one because I was informed that it was sweeter than other Okuharimas.
It was shipped in May this year, but it's 29BY, so it's been 7 years? This is the first time I've had such an aged active nigori 😳.
I noticed the 29BY after I got home😅.
Rice is probably Yume Nishiki
It has a little color. It's gassy but calm. It is a strong cemedine with a sense of maturity. Some pear-like flavor. It also has a soy sauce and mitarashi dumpling-like taste.
It's sweeter than most Okuharimas, but because it's aged, it has a strong peculiar taste.
It has a stronger matured aroma than the sake matured at a liquor store😅.
This is highly kinky 🤣. ねむちGood evening, bouken🌛I thought you were drinking Okuharima unusually, but then your peculiar and perverted sake radar was activated again 🤣 maturity or 😅 I'm lost 🤔. こぞうMr. Bouken.
Good morning...
Highly perverted alcohol... 😅I'm interested 🤣.
I rarely drink aged sake, but after reading bouken's repo on my perverted radar, I'm tempted to drink it 😁. まつちよGood morning bouken 🌞.
I thought it was part of that since you seem to be dabbling in a lot of things lately, but then I laughed because you bought it without looking at the BY 😂.
Okuharima is a bag squeezed one, it's elegant and delicious. boukenGood evening, Mr. Nemuchi 😃
I bought it this time without looking at it carefully 😅I don't recommend it because it's hard to drink when the fizz weakens 😔. boukenGood evening, Mr. Koizo😃
I think it's valuable because it's rare to have 7 years of active nigori, but I think it's very different for different tastes 🤔.
In the end, it was the one I didn't like 😅 boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo😃
I didn't think that the active nigori was aged 💦 so you have to check the BY for Okuharima 🤔.
I also bought the Jun Dai with a bag of squeezed sake, but I believe it was aged for 3 years 😅I bought this one knowing that 🤣. boukenHonshu 1 This is my first time.
Purchased at Tangen Shouten in front of Suma station.
It is far away from the station, but it is an easy place to go because it is in front of the station.
The brands handled are
Okuharima, Yukihikosan, Nadagiku, Tsururei, Kenshin, Toyoka, Kikumori, Itaru, Kurei, Yuho, Morishima, Iwanoi, Morinori, Kozutsuru, Kitajima, Honshu Ichi, Raifuku, Sensuke, Kozaemon, etc.
I saw a sake called Wakakoma from Toyama and thought it looked unusual, but decided against purchasing it because it was an active nigori and seemed dry.
It has a gorgeous top-fragrance aroma.
I expected it to be dry, but it was fruity and quite sweet. Despite the classic label, it tastes modern and delicious. アラジンGood evening, bouken😄.
Honshu Ichi, I thought it was a classic sake too. Preconceptions are not good 😅.
I think it would be very popular if you made a liquor store version of Sake no Wawa and added a search function 😁. boukenGood evening, Aladdin 😃.
I assumed it was dry based on the label and sake level 😅.
It was somewhat light and fruity 😋.
Where can I buy this? I'd like to make a database of liquor stores 🤔. ヤスベェHello, bouken 😀
Like Aladdin, I too am looking forward to bouken's liquor store database 😀.
In addition, I would be more than happy if you could even give a brief review of the sake 😀. boukenGood morning Yasbaye 😊
I can't make it from scratch myself, so I hope you can add it to the sakewa feature 🤔. boukenIt's the raw version of CEL Urara, and it's a low-alcohol sake. This label looks like Dragon Ball's Cell, right? I love this kind of thing. The aroma is fruity. It's not as sweet as Kameizumi, but it's gorgeous, sweet, and juicy. It's not overly sweet, but beautifully sweet.
It's not as sweet as Kamezumi, but I think I like it better. I hope it becomes a regular! boukenIt has nothing to do with Kure, but I want to try Tenbi. There's only one shop in Osaka that carries it, but they don't seem to have much in stock and it sells out fast. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
