This sake is limited to Tangen Shouten in Suma.
The combination of Jun Dai's clean, refreshing taste and maturity makes for an exquisite balance. I would like to try it with a fresher quality, but I think this one might be good as well.
I thought it would be good, but the smell was still bothering me, even though I bought it with the understanding that it was 3BY...
I'll try to stay away from matured Okuharima in the future...
Like the last active nigori, it should be my favorite type if it's fresh 🤔.

I don't know if they have aged Yamahai, but they had a larger selection of Okuharima than other stores 🤔.
I honestly can't rely on the inventory on their website😅.
Iwai Hisashi Shoten in Akashi also has a lot of special orders and is very strong 😊.
