I've actually been to this restaurant a crazy number of times and have had some kind of sake, but I never uploaded it because they don't have any Shinsei.
On this particular day, I was recommended to try a sake that looked like yogurt! I was recommended to try it.
The waitress, who is not a drinker, said she could drink this.
I drank a lot, and I think I drank a little too much that day....
