べっさんI started working overtime on Monday early in June. Busy for a meeting this weekend. I thought I would go home after having a drink at a standing bar, but unfortunately it was closed. So I went to this restaurant next door. It is always crowded, but it was empty because of the late hour. I ordered a Tsururei Junmai Ginjo. It was junmai, but it was light and fruity. But it was light, fruity, and delicious.
The shiitake mushroom tempura was also good. I drank it quickly and left. べっさんI had to work some overtime on Monday and wanted to have a beer, so I went to a standing bar in front of Kanda Station. I used to drink Kikusui Dry Taste when I was in my 40s. It was soft and slowly dry. I remember the taste of Kikusui. べっさんI recommend this drink at a stand-up bar that stocks Niigata sake.
