ばんばんぶー
The slight aroma of rice that comes immediately after putting it in the mouth and the surprisingly sour taste that quickly fades away.
The acidity is as strong as that of the previous Shin Takatsuyo E-TYPE Kajo.
After leaving it at the front door for a couple of weeks, the acidity seems to have settled down and become more comfortable.
It is close to white wine and seems to go well with Western food.
