Unfiltered, raw, direct-fermented, medium-polishing ratio 55%, ALC 16%.
It has a gentle taste with a sense of sizzle that comes to the tongue.
For a light and dry Niigata sake, it is a sake with the flavor of rice.
The cherry blossoms are 🌸 taken from the Matsukawa River cruise boat near Toyama Castle.
It was past its full bloom, and I could picture the cherry blossoms in full bloom when I closed my eyes, as petals of cherry blossoms were deposited along both sides of the river and many petals were floating on the surface of the river.

I had received several varieties of Manjusen sake, but this was the first one I encountered.
It is a clear, crisp, and easy-drinking sake.

It is dry and a little quirky, but it is a sake with the flavor of rice.
The store kept ordering it. My order was complete... lucky me 😃 it was a close call 😅.
The menu of the store also said "Katsuma....do they have it today...".
I wasn't sure which one to order first with Hayashi, but it was a brand I really wanted to drink, so I'm glad I did.

I have been on a solo trip to Toyama since April 5.
A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, which serves delicious local fish and sake, so I made a reservation in advance.
The sake has a gentle fruity aroma. My first encounter with it, and I am glad. I must buy this and return home if I can find a sake shop in Toyama Prefecture.
I will post the cherry blossoms from the sightseeing boat around Matsukawa River, which used to serve as the moat of Toyama Castle, and the cherry blossoms at Toyama Castle🌸.
