Timeline
ジャイヴThe guest next to me had a connection with Fukui and we happened to have some Fukui talk 😁.
He lives in Shizuoka now, but spent 3 years of high school in Fukui✨.
Now, another glass of Kyoto's local sake 🍶!
Shinkura Shichiyou Junmai Unfiltered and Unpasteurized.
Personally, I have a sweet and delicious image of this brand ✨.
Full, sweet rice aroma, juicy sweetness and umami on the palate, followed by a crisp, clean finish.
The juiciness and sharpness that is typical of Kagura is irresistible!
The entrée is Kyoto's typical duck roast.
Ah, delicious!
And that's the end of our autumn drinking tour of Kyoto✨. ma-ki-Hi Jive, good evening.
Great action and booze activity on such short notice ✨.
And another once in a lifetime visit to 👍️
I recently saw a post about this brewery by someone who went there, so I thought I'd visit it sometime 😊. ポンちゃんGyve, I'm so glad to see you here too 😊.
I'm so jealous of Gion and Mr. Ota! I'm so envious that you were able to get a reservation 😳I'm so jealous of Gion and Ota 😻And all the food looks delicious ❣️ is this the place to end the day? You had a great day ✨. ジャイヴHi, ma-ki-chan!
I'm a bit of a tourist, but I'm always looking for new places to visit 😁.
[I heard that Matsui Sake Brewery has remodeled their tasting area for tourists ✨. ジャイヴHi, Pon-chan!
[I'm sure you'll be able to get a reservation for a table at Kitazato, except at the counter.
The food here is really good, the atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable 😁.
It's a great place for an occasional treat! ジェイ&ノビィHi Gyve 😃
Gyve, you always have good encounters on your brisk trips 🤗Nice to end your Kyoto drinking trip with a glass of local sake 🍶👍. ジャイヴHi Jay & Nobby, good evening to you too 🌛.
This restaurant was featured many times on Kazuhiko Ota's TV show, which led to a conversation with the customer next to us 😁.
When you go to a place, you have to finish with something local ✨. ジャイヴ[It's time to shift to Kyoto sake at Gion Kitazato.
Here is what I ordered 🍶.
Shotoku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma of the sake has a full-bodied aroma of rice with a hint of alcohol behind it, and the mouthfeel has a firm sweetness with a hint of astringency behind it.
The entrée is assorted sashimi (😋). ジャイヴThere were two kinds of "Kameman" so we had a glass size to compare 😁.
KAMEMAN Junmai Dry Plus 9
Cool rice aroma, soft umami, soft sweetness, and a mild aftertaste.
Personally, if I were to say it was spicy and easy to drink, I would say it was Junmai ≫ Plus 9 🤔.
The special grilled grated yam is a must-order when you come to Gion Garden Kitazato. The fluffy and puffy dough with a strong broth flavor and ingredients such as white fish and seaweed inside is irresistible 😋. ジャイヴWalked from Yamamoto Sake Shop to Akagakiya 🚶.
However, it was full of people with reservations, so I gave up and walked from Nijo Ohashi Bridge to Shijo Ohashi Bridge to explore the streets 😁.
I called Gion Kitazato in Gion, where I had a reservation and was able to get in early ✨.
It's been a while since I've been in a restaurant after Corona ✨
After quenching our thirst with beer and grilled tomatoes, we moved on to sake 🍶.
Kameman Junmai Sake.
I found a rare brand 💡 of local sake 💡 and compared Kumamoto sake by the law of curiosity.
The aroma of rice with a hint of koji (malted rice) from shochu (rice liquor), a firm umami flavor, a sharp taste, and a mild aftertaste.
I wonder if it is typical of Kumamoto to feel a hint of shochu 🤔. 麺酒王Hi Gyve 😃
Kyoto is nice 😊I last went there with my wife on a pre-wedding trip, so it's been more than 10 years 😅Kyoto scenery, good food and good drinks ‼️ is the best ✨ ジャイヴHello, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Kyoto in the fall is a drunken place 😁.
It's the season of chilly weather and soup stock dishes are even more delightful, and I can't wait to relax with plenty of soup stock and Kyoto's local sake ✨. maruI was curious about this restaurant after seeing it on TV.
My reservation was for a table, but thanks to the availability, I was guided to a seat at the counter.
Since we had gone to see the "Onikirimaru (mustache cutter)" sword on display at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, we had this sake as our first drink. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
