Slightly effervescent. Oriki flavored. Refreshing and dry. It has a juicy taste with just the right amount of acidity, astringency, and bitterness. If you are not careful, you can drink it indefinitely. It has a good intoxicating effect.
Purchased at a liquor store right next to Kiyose City Hall in Tokyo. It is a local sake from the neighboring Higashimurayama area.
The owner says that when it was a minor brand in the past, he sold it to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro, and was underestimated as Shimura Ken WW, but he silenced them with the taste. How cool!

There are only about 30 liquor stores in Japan that carry Yamori. Please contact the sake brewery. It may be sold surprisingly close by (there is one store in Nagano prefecture).
I wasn't going to open any new sake today, but when I got home, the weeping cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so I did🌸.
It's fruity and delicious with a nice heady aroma!
Let's go! Hanamura Omachi (raw)
Even though it's chilled from the snow, it has a nice uplifting aroma.
When the temperature rises to Hana-Rei, the flavor and sweetness bloom and it's delicious!
It goes well with salty and spicy snacks, not with sweet ones.
It's brilliant and I've added it to my favorite brands ✌️.
(I heard that Dewa Sanzu's raw will be released on 3/17)

The Rikuhada is more astringent than bitter after a refreshing taste!

The bitterness is a slight bitterness that you don't notice while eating. It's a pretty good sake, but I didn't get the feeling of seeing the Jyushiyo in my rear view mirror while drinking it like I did with the Mochi.

Note: I have a bottle of Hanai Omachi in the fridge, but I'm expecting a lot more given the level of this once-over.

I think the way you cut the aftertaste of Jyushiyo is brilliant.
I think people's tastes differ depending on whether you cut it softly or crisply.
As for the other brands, Hanaup's Omachi is delicious👍.
There was a time when I mistakenly thought Hanaup and Hanaboe were the same brand 😅.
Rikuhada is too refreshing for my taste!
