What I thought after opening the bottle of Omachi was
The Rikuhada is more astringent than bitter after a refreshing taste!
It went well with spinach and chicken quiche✌️.
The Omachi has a nice aroma and smooth sweetness with just a hint of bitterness!
The bitterness is a slight bitterness that you won't notice while eating!
The bitterness is a slight bitterness that you don't notice while eating. It's a pretty good sake, but I didn't get the feeling of seeing the Jyushiyo in my rear view mirror while drinking it like I did with the Mochi.
Sorry for my stupid tongue😢.
Note: I have a bottle of Hanai Omachi in the fridge, but I'm expecting a lot more given the level of this once-over.

Good evening, mineralcollector. Between Hanapu Omachi and Isseyo, I prefer Hanapu because I'm used to drinking it.
I don't have too many opportunities to drink it, though.

I actually bought a fresh one today!
I heard that they only ship raw once a year, so I rushed out to buy it😅.
It will be hard to get it when Hanamura starts using Yamadanishiki🤩.

I think the way you cut the aftertaste of Jyushiyo is brilliant.
I think people's tastes differ depending on whether you cut it softly or crisply.
As for the other brands, Hanaup's Omachi is delicious👍.
