It has a rich rice flavor that passes so smoothly and casually through your nose.
It has a heavy rice feel 🌾.
It has a mineral throat and ends with a slight astringent bitterness in the finish.
The squid🦑s slipperiness makes the bitterness disappear and only the umami remains 😚.
