202408 Lot. A dish that has been tucked away in the fridge. water god mikumari 1st Since the bottle was opened from the 2nd, we opened it just in time to compare before drinking out the 2nd. The color is a bit yellowish compared to the 2nd. The rice used is rice grown in Tochigi Prefecture. Polishing ratio is 50%. The alcohol content is 15%. The aroma when the bottle is opened is the same as that of the 2nd, with a faint sweetness in the air. When you take a sip, you will feel a light sweetness that is pleasant to the palate, followed by a watery cleanness in the umami. A sense of chiri-chiri-gassiness spreads in the mouth, and the refreshing sharpness is pleasant. Compared to the 2nd, it has a stronger impression of sweetness. The 2nd seems to be a little paler than the 1st, perhaps due to the aging process. In my opinion, the 1st is tastier than the 2nd. Let's savor and enjoy this one too 😄.

Sleeping in the fridge 🍶 Series Houou Mita Mikumari 2nd. This is the one I had purchased from Takenaka Sake Shop. I opened the 2nd bottle first even though I had also put the 1st Mikumari to sleep 💦. The rice used is 100% Tochigi rice. The rice polishing ratio is 50%. The alcohol content is 15 degrees. The aroma when the bottle is opened is crisp and sweet. When you take a sip, the first thing you notice is the slight bubbles and light sweetness that comes first, while the acidity that spreads in the mouth tightens up the whole experience. After swallowing, the lingering aftertaste is a light bitterness that quickly fades away, leaving a slightly light 🍶 taste. They say it is brushed up from the 1st, I guess I need to compare it with the 2nd.

Good morning, Daddy Takel! Sometimes we just let it lie 😁. I was fortunate enough to have the first and second Mikumari, and I remember it was delicious after reading your review ✨. I'm looking forward to your review of the drinking comparison 😊.

Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-😊. I would like to open a bottle of the 1st one to compare before I forget how good the 2nd one is. Looking forward to your update 😁.

I was also curious about the note that said it should be consumed within 2 months. Today, I had the leftover Aodama one. What a surprise! As soon as I opened the bottle, it started bubbling like an active sake! Even after pouring it into the glass, I could hear the energetic pitter-pattering sound. Is this what you call re-fermentation? 😳That's why the cap has a hole in it 🤔Photo, this is the gasiness without carbonation! It's a sweet melon juice (sake), but maybe because it was fermenting slowly, it also has a hint of sweet and sour like green plum 😘Together with vanilla ice cream, it's a fleshy melon soda (sake😅).

Good morning, Kotori 😄 Your melon juice 🍈 looks delicious 😆💕. My son told me that he drank this green ball and it was so good! When I got a call from my son saying he drank this ao-tama and it was delicious, my husband immediately bought it for me 🤣. Consumed within 2 months⁉️I have to drink it as soon as possible😘.

Good morning, Tsubu 😃I was told by the owner that it was raw and might re-ferment 🤔, but I was so surprised by the pizzazz and fizziness that I couldn't help but check the ingredients on the back 🤗 while it's still tasty and "within 2 months of manufacture date" ❗️

Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour aroma and taste, with a sense of umami and richness, but the acidity that lingers on the palate is refreshing. The aroma is slightly reminiscent of peaches and melon. There is also an aroma reminiscent of peaches and melon. Rice used: Hanabukiyuki (Aomori) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. The Daishichi Sake Brewery is dedicated to the most orthodox and traditional brewing method of sake, the "Namahashi-zukuri" method. I was curious about the "creamy" flavor in a previous talk between Sakeran and bouken 👀. The other day, I came across it at the sake store where I bought the Mita Melon 🤗After much deliberation, I chose the Junmai Nama Hashimoto Nama Sake. The aroma of the just-opened bottle was slightly oily magic mucky. The aroma is rich sweet and sour, like dried apricots or raisins with a lactic acidity. Slightly woody. It also has a caramel and nutty flavor and richness, with an aged aroma and taste reminiscent of a fruit tart lined with Western praline...it was impressive and delicious. Rice used: Gohyakumangoku, others (Fukushima, Toyama) Polishing ratio : Kake rice 69%, Koji rice 65% (super flat polished) Yeast : Kyokai No.7 Alcohol Content : 17 Sake meter degree: +3 Acidity: 1.9 Amino Acidity : 1.6

Oh? You are drinking Daishichi 😆! Hmmm...it looks like you enjoyed the complex flavor! I'd like to try it again next year if I see it again. I don't know about the other Daishichi though 💧.

Hi, Mr. Sakeran 😃I heard from the owner that the smell of freshly made solvents will disappear and become tastier as it is laid out at the right temperature 🤔How true is that? If I encounter something that tastes or smells 🥵, I'll try to let it rest... 😅It's hard to find the taste I like.

The Hououmida Fruit Sake series is well-known for its deliciousness. This year, it tasted like a fresh melon 🍈 and an Akatama melon poured with Hououomida and stuffed with the circled stuff. It tasted fresh and juicy with a hint of melon skin and bouquet-like aroma 😋.
