After leaving Yamadaya, I was staggering back to the hotel when I found a store with many famous sake bottles on display nearby. Let's have a light second meeting with sake! As I expected, there were many different kinds of good sake! We were allowed to look in the cold storage room, too, and had a look around! We found Haneya, which we hadn't seen in a while! Let's go with this! It's been five consecutive bottles with jet-black labels, so it's been a while since I've had a bright label! When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umashuwa (sizzling) sensation! Tastes like pineapple 🍍🍍🍍🍍! It's so good! Right in the middle of the strike zone! I finished it off with some ray fins and Morioka cold noodles! I was exhausted at the hotel. Otaru is a town I want to visit again 🌇. extensive knowledge It is like the glistening sparkle of fireworks in the night sky, but gently envelops you like the sea. (excerpt from the back label) The brewer described this sake, which was sold under the product name "Tominoko" until last year, as "sparkling fireworks that color the night sky in summer," and this image was incorporated into the product name.
