Another difficult one, made with super soft black daylight water.
It's a bit like a strong, matured sake.
It's classified as dry, but I don't think it's quite right.
I like it, but I guess there are different tastes, but it has a delicious umami that disappears nicely with a rather lingering aftertaste. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
I'm not sure what it's called, glutinous rice hot glutinous rice four-step brewing.
The store's classification is solid. Well, I get it.
It's a good one, but I don't know if I like it or not.
I think I've been drinking Sei Masamune recently, but it's been a while since I checked in. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
This is another first for me, a summer sake.
It's not so much refreshing as it is refreshing. It has a little bit of a cloying taste that I personally feel is common in summer sake, but I don't mind it that much and it's well put together.
If you drink it in the middle of summer, it may give you a different impression, but it is delicious! ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆

The store classifies it as a dry sake, but it's just as crisp and slightly bitter as it sounds!
Of course it's delicious!
If you ask me if it is a dry sake suitable for eating, it seems that some people may feel the bitterness is habit-forming, so it is better to drink sake with sake and food with food. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆

Gorgeous, gentle acidity and firm sweetness!
The space behind the counter is rather large, and it feels a little noisy, but the atmosphere is nice, so I think it would be a good place if they could make it a little more relaxed and lively.
