Memorandum of Go Around Osaka
4th restaurant: Dashi and Tempura Restaurant Neon
We stood in line for about 45 minutes on a narrow staircase.
Usually, the restaurant charges 7,700 yen for the course by reservation, so it's a good thing about Go Around Osaka that you get to know a restaurant you wouldn't otherwise go to unless you had the chance 😄.
The quality of the dishes on the menu was worth the wait ❗ "Kawachi Duck Tsukune Soup with Tempura of Kawachi Duck, Fig Sauce, Watercress and Onion Purée". It was so good that we added three more dishes, all of which were excellent ✨.
Of course, one glass of sake was not enough, so we added a bottle of Abekan Junmai Ginjo and Sake Rice Kame no O!
The sake was specially prepared for this event, and the chef said that he had devised a sauce to match the sake.
This is the ✨best✨ restaurant we went to on this go-around. 💘💘💘

Go-around has different websites depending on where it is held, and in Osaka, it is easy to pick up a restaurant because you know the dishes and the amount of money for the shokudashi (Japanese hors d'oeuvres).
