Purchased at a liquor store. Nagano sake, which is not often seen in Fukuoka. This is my first time drinking it. Cold sake. Slightly floral aroma. Pleasant juicy acidity and gentle sweetness. It is fresh and has a good mouthfeel. It has a very gentle taste. The aftertaste is rather short. Recommended for sake beginners.

Purchased at a liquor store. Rare. Cold sake. Slightly sweet aroma. Even though it is a mature sake, it is not heavy and has no roughness like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It does not taste like persimmon on the label, but there is an astringent aftertaste reminiscent of persimmon. The taste is even more pronounced when heated. We had it with nabe (hot pot) dishes. It is also good with dishes with strong flavors. For intermediate to advanced drinkers of sake.

Purchased at a liquor store. I had been curious about a summer sake, Izumihashi's Summer Yago, for some time. It was sparkling, but I happened to see it, so I bought it. Rarity is a little high in some places. Cold sake. The aroma was clean and refreshing. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity comes first, and gradually the sweetness of rice peculiar to nigori sake spreads. The sharpness is sharp and dry. The carbonation is not that strong and is just right. The aftertaste is rather short. Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
