Purchased at a liquor store.
I had been curious about a summer sake, Izumihashi's Summer Yago, for some time.
It was sparkling, but I happened to see it, so I bought it.
Rarity is a little high in some places.
Cold sake.
The aroma was clean and refreshing.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity comes first, and gradually the sweetness of rice peculiar to nigori sake spreads. The sharpness is sharp and dry.
The carbonation is not that strong and is just right.
The aftertaste is rather short.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
