It was a place where all the brands were ones I've had before (excellent sake drinkers in Matsumoto!!!). I haven't seen you there in a long time!
The one I've had so far was very crisp.
I'm not sure about the lees, it looks like it has a nice color, but I think it's a little cloudy.
It's a good sake, with a bit of sourness and bitterness, but with a strong umami flavor. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Seikagami that seems to be the first time for some reason.
Sake of the unpolished type.
It doesn't have the Hiroshima dryness that I imagine, but it has a complex taste that comes later.
I'm not sure if the complexity is due to the unpolished nature of the sake or the omachi character, but it's delicious! ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆

This is the first brand name I've seen, Mature Roukare, a low-temperature aged sake.
The color is a very matured type of sake.
