Seikagami that seems to be the first time for some reason.
Sake of the unpolished type.
It doesn't have the Hiroshima dryness that I imagine, but it has a complex taste that comes later.
I'm not sure if the complexity is due to the unpolished nature of the sake or the omachi character, but it's delicious!
