It was a place where all the brands were ones I've had before (excellent sake drinkers in Matsumoto!!!). I haven't seen you there in a long time!
The one I've had so far was very crisp.
I'm not sure about the lees, it looks like it has a nice color, but I think it's a little cloudy.
It's a good sake, with a bit of sourness and bitterness, but with a strong umami flavor.
