To start things off, he brought some kind of silver tank! Hiyoroshi, which just arrived last Friday! He poured it into our glasses with a swoosh! At first it was cloudy, but after a while it turned into clear sake! Fresh sake, so good! It's a little spicy, but we enjoy it with the appetizers! We reminisce about the good old days! extensive knowledge The new sake, which was young and rough when it was pressed, underwent a fire-quenching process just once and is now ready to drink after a period of maturation.
