Manachy said it was sweet so I went through with it because you can buy it anywhere but I bought it 😁. I went back the next day and was able to buy it 😊. The top aroma smells a little like alcohol? Sweetness like green apple and grape-like acidity. I didn't care much for the alcohol content. The price was 800 yen for the special price at the supermarket, but I think it's a great cosmetic 🤔.

Manachy: I think it was a special price, but they were out of stock, so I had to come back the next day 🤣I thought the quality was excellent for the price 🤔.

Mysterious liquor that doesn't show up in searches and isn't listed on the official website. Purchased at a local supermarket along with Tamanomitsu Kyo no Koi. The aroma is a little fruity and gorgeous. The taste is cute and sweet on the palate. It fades out quickly with a slight sweetness. I think it is similar to Koukyou, but I don't know. What do you think?

It has been a long time since I have seen Tamanohikari. I bought it because I had never seen it before at a local supermarket. It seems to be a new product using a new yeast born in Kyoto. The label was different from the 720ml one I found in a search, so for a moment I thought it was a different product. It was gorgeous and sweet. Then I felt lactic acidity and acidity came. It has an atmosphere similar to wine yeast sake. It seems that there are other sake brands that use the same yeast, such as Jyugakudai, Jinzo, Kizakura, Tomio, Shotoku, Eikun, and Miyakotsuru. Since I started drinking sake with Tamanomitsu and Otters, I sometimes drink Tamanomitsu as a reminder. I think it was limited to Hankyu Oasis.

The brewery's policy or stance is different from the current trend, so it can't be helped, but it's a shame that Tamanomitsu doesn't serve direct-pumped, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. When I visited the brewery before, I drank a Junmai Daiginjo Naokumi that wasn't for sale, and it was really good because it still had gas in it.

Hello bouken! Tamanomitsu is a sake that I too have fond memories of😊. It has a mellow and elegant taste. I'd like to try a bottle of this unpasteurized sake that bouken praises so highly!

I bought it because I found it in the supermarket. Fruity. It seems to be unfiltered. It is quite tasty among easily available sakes. Beautiful and well balanced.

It officially says the rice is from Iwate Ginotome, but why doesn't it say so on the label?

If you drink it after a strong flavored or sweetened alcoholic beverage, you may find it lacking.
