I was wondering what to choose for the white representative against the red Chibijin 🤣.
Since we are in the middle of Nigorinpic, of course I wanted to choose a nigori type for both red and white, but somehow I thought a white nigori would have a very different taste from beer 😅.
I wanted a cloudy, low-alcoholic, refreshing sake that would also be suitable for beer lovers... 😅.
So I chose this Masumi Sparkling Sake Orikarami.
The ori is just a little bit of ori, so it looked slightly whitish 😀.

For the second bottle of white lees and bubbles Christmas sake, I decided to go with this one, Akabu 😀.
The name says snowy Christmas, so I knew I had to drink it during the Christmas period 🤣.
Unfortunately, no snow fell in Kansai 🤣.
This sake is 13 degrees, which is low alcohol, but the acidity is very assertive, so you don't feel the low alcohol too much 😇.
I went through it last year for Christmas, but I'm glad I got to drink it for the first time this year 😀. ひなはなママMerry Xmas🎄, Yasube!

When you think of Christmas with nigori in Nagare, you definitely think of this sake or Ippakusuisei as a definite choice 🤣.
