I drank the active nigori before, but I wanted to drink the regular type, so I bought it. The first aroma is a little bit of alcohol smell. It is fresh, slightly gaseous, a little gassy, and has a strong acidity. The sweetness and spiciness seem to be in balance. A little citrus or orangey nuance. It's quite spicy when you drink it again. It's not my favorite... but I also caught a glimpse of a modern vibe and I'm not sure 🙄.

I've had it in the past at tastings but this is the first time I've bought it. As mentioned in Chichi's post, this is the family brewery of Sigh Isseo's mother. The name of the area around the brewery is called Issei. This year, they released a 4-gou bottle, so I decided to buy it. Slightly sweet. It has a slightly sweet taste, followed by a spicy taste. It has the atmosphere that it would be better at room temperature or warmed up than cold sake. I prefer it closer to room temperature because it has a more rounded or gentle flavor.

Good evening, bouken 🌃😀 I heard from Miss Ikezuki at the liquor store that most of the bottles before shipping were broken by the earthquake 🥺The Nakanoto area has Ikezuki and Yuho, and I like Ikezuki more slowly this time of year 😘.

Good evening, Maecin-san 😊. I see that there was no serious damage to the building, but the sake was broken 😢. I bought Ikezuki for the first time and it seemed to be the type of sake that you can savor 🤗.

Good morning, bouken 😃. I drank the same yesterday 😉. I didn't know that this is the family home of Sigh Isseo's mother. I see that's true 😀.

Hello bouken evangelist 😃. It's a relief at least that the sake brewery was not badly damaged ❗️ I think it tastes best at room temperature or lukewarm warmed👍.

Good evening @Mizuhashi 😃 I found out about Sigh Issei when I was researching the brewery for my purchase 😊. Not as glamorous as @Mizuhashi's review, but a solid and delicious sake 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Chichi😃. It's unfortunate that it's not collapsed and brewing is back on. It was better at room temperature, about 2 hours after taking it out of the fridge 😋.

Purchased at Okuda Shoten, located in a shopping street with an arcade on the first floor of an apartment building along the railroad tracks from JR Ashiya Station. Unlike the image of Ashiya, it has a folksy atmosphere. This map shows the store in front of Ashiya station, but in reality it is located around the letters on the street in front of the station. There are not many products, but according to the instagram, Midorikawa, Horaisen, Daikoku Masamune, Seikagami, Dewazakura, Biwa no Chouju, Senzuke, Kenrishi, Ikezuki, Sanzenmori, Shirataka, etc. are handled. When I visited, Harukaze was also available. Midorikawa is the main sake, and the store seems to be strong in warming sake. My personal impression is that many of the stores that carry Daikoku Masamune have good people. It has a beautifully aged feel to it. It has a mild taste, perhaps because it has been aged until the fall. It is slightly sweet and easier to drink than expected. It is quite spicy when drunk after a sweet sake.

Hi bouken ☔. I've never had Daikoku Masamune, but it's the kind of sake that attracts good people 😳.

Hello Ponchan 🌧. For some reason I feel like there are a lot of stores that have a warm and welcoming atmosphere 🤗 or stores that let you sample quantities that are beyond the level of free 🤣. Well, many stores seem to be tastefully decorated 🤔.
