Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi When you get off the Shinkansen from Kanazawa and exit the ticket gate, you'll suddenly see a BAR in Toyama Station: ‼️ Two glasses of Hiyoroshi for 400 yen! I had to go there, didn't I! The first one was Mabotaki. It's quite medium and delicious with a good flavor. It must be delicious to have it poured by the proprietress, who is a toji (master brewer) in person. ✌️

The main aroma is not strongly ginjo aroma, but mainly minerality of iwashimizu. Gentle aroma of green melon, chervil, and Kamishinko. Very tasty. Alcohol 15-16%. Ingredients: 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio: 37
