When you get off the Shinkansen from Kanazawa and exit the ticket gate, you'll suddenly see a BAR in Toyama Station: ‼️
Two glasses of Hiyoroshi for 400 yen! I had to go there, didn't I!
The first one was Mabotaki. It's quite medium and delicious with a good flavor.
It must be delicious to have it poured by the proprietress, who is a toji (master brewer) in person. ✌️
