⭐️5 Sake brewed in winter by Obuse Winery in Nagano. Rare and hard to find. Muscat-like fruit aroma, taste, acidity, clean finish, wine-like sharpness. Numeroan is brewed with Kyokai Ichi-go yeast. Even the Kyokai does not have this yeast, but we have it because of the history of a former sake brewery that turned into a winery after World War II.
