Slight melon aroma, pleasant sweetness, slight bitterness and acidity that is not unpleasant, and a freshness that is hard to believe that it is fire-aged.
The aroma is comparable to that of so-called "modern" brands, but there is a sense of balance that is out of the ordinary to maintain the image of "delicious sake" from the moment it is sipped to the moment it is poured down the throat.
Considering the price of 1,700 yen, which is totally out of proportion to the taste, it is a perfect, unexcelled masterpiece!
