I find this to be a bit sweeter than I typically like, but it’s not offensive. There’s a sweet taste of melon, some creaminess, and a bit of a yeasty note. It’s not gritty, but it has substantial mouthfeel. It reminds me quite a bit of amazake to be honest.

This is a sweet sparkling sake. I get a little melon flavor along with something I can’t really put my finger on. It’s not cloyingly sweet, but it’s on the sweeter side. Refreshing.

This is a mild junmai ginjo where it’s not too sweet and the rice flavor seems noticeable to me. There’s definitely a citrus note, but I wouldn’t say it’s sour. Fresh is one word I’d consider to describe the flavor.

This is a hopped, sparkling sake that gets a lot of vegetal bitterness up front plus a dryness that gives way to something sweeter. For some reason cucumber comes to mind. The flavor changes plenty, but it’s difficult for me to pin it all down. Interesting, but not really my cup of tea.
