I find this to be a bit sweeter than I typically like, but it’s not offensive. There’s a sweet taste of melon, some creaminess, and a bit of a yeasty note. It’s not gritty, but it has substantial mouthfeel. It reminds me quite a bit of amazake to be honest.

Served lightly chilled. Floral aroma with notes of melon. Smooth mouth feel and a creamy finish. Floral notes continue into the flavours. Some slight alcohol warming. Very pleasant.
